Field & Frequency Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 8, 2025

At Field & Frequency, every offering is crafted with deep care, time, and energetic intention. Because of the nature of our work — custom, creative, and personal — refunds are limited and situational. Here’s how it goes:

1. Sessions & Consultations

Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may receive credit toward a future session (at our discretion).
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

2. Digital Products & Downloads

Because digital materials (like guides, e-books, or downloads) are accessible instantly, all digital sales are final.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, we’ll help you fix it — just email By Email Here. We got you.

3. Events, Bundles, or Packages

Refunds for group experiences or bundles are available only if the first session hasn’t yet occurred.
After participation begins, the sale is final.
If Field & Frequency needs to reschedule or cancel an event, you’ll be offered a new date or a full refund — your choice.

4. Custom Work & Creative Projects

Once a project has been initiated (consulting, design, or strategy work), refunds are not available due to the time and creative labor involved.

5. Integrity Clause

We operate with transparency and heart. If you believe a refund or credit is warranted due to unique circumstances, email [your contact email] — we’ll review it with fairness and respect.
